I can't picture gold as a special commodity except in historical terms. A windfall discovery by an explorer would be the best scenario I can imagine. Fair enough, six months ago farsighted people took a position and fair enough, gold is gonna surge in the next few weeks, but as for gold going for a bull run fuelled by demand, I can't believe in it. Like Buffett and the techs.
Mind you, the tech bubble was illogical too.
