The governments need cash more than anyone to hide the shady deals going on round the world..Even some of the big banks in the US have been busted doing business with drug cartels in Mexico recently..Read a book called "CHINA SHAKES THE WORLD" Their economy is predominantly cash so as gov officials can get their dirty work done on the sly..not unlike the US .I don't beleive it'll happen.

but as far as the garden thing goes pilbara..Did you see recently the US tried to pass a bill to make it illegal to have private vegetable gardens over a certain size..incredible. They tried to sneak it through as part of another bill but got caught out...sad people who are in power these days..very sad!! not living the experience AT ALL!!
