According to the Vault on U-tube, silver is in short supply, they have already bet on a large chunk they expected but wont get out of Russia because of the sanctions, heaps of their paper has no silver allocated because of scarcity and the price doesn't reflect it's value also they mentioned The Bank of America may be in for some exiting times.
