Unfortunately history tells us 'we the masses cannot organise ourselves' Once a group say take control - there will always be someone who 'wants to lead' and then- Here we go again. Religion proves this ! If the masses did take over - what then? Also the bigger the 'group' the bigger the challenges the more want to control.

I have a feeling that all will work out in the long run as it has before. There will always be bumps in the road some bigger that others. Some very destructive others not so.
One thing that worries me is the incessant knocking of some of our pollies/leaders. Some deserved rightly so... some not. It is easy to be critical but few are critical and come with a solution. Also how many of us are prepared to stand up and have a go for our country -a go at politics? I was in a management position years ago. I set a policy with staff approval. If you had a work problem-concern- challenge then by all means come see me - but bring your solution - no matter how simple- silly -stupid you may think it is. It worked more than it didn't. One staff member got a $10,000 reward for her contribution. And above all -many did not come as they had no bloody idea of a solution and the problem etc was in their head - They just wanted to be disruptive or just wanted to whine !

The silent majority will always be led/influenced by the noisy minority - The old squeaky wheel gets the oil syndrome!

Anyways back to silver--------------- I have read/seen so many forecasts on the future of silver movement that I am sceptical.... really sceptical.
Please note - my thoughts only.................... In my research I am finding what appears to be so many 'untruths' about PMs (silver) It is disheartening in my opinion.

Now what about IVR's progress. How is the drilling going? What will the outcome be re DGR ? What if the drilling finds little, where to then -I hope if finds heaps. I want IVR to be succesful................... been here many many years.
