I said before in this forum that GF are getting a free kick at the moment and if they are looking at a take over there will not be a premium paid.

Isn't it true that if GF wants to take over CQT IT DOES NOT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE AS TO WHAT THEY FIND IN THE GROUND OR ITS DOLLAR VALUE.

Even though they have agreed to pay half of NPV for the opporunity to farm into the non JV area, if GF decides to become hostile, the offer is based on the SP and not what the NPV is.

Thats right isn't it?? I am on the right track??
