Yeah Vlad the man may be waiting for the Chinese peace proposal to run its course. If the US Nazi's reject it and the European leadership is for it then it may well drive a serious wedge between Europe and the US.

You can certainly tell what the US lawmakers are thinking as they vote decisively to continue with the illegal occupation of another country while stealing its wealth. They are starting to change though.
