Its hard to see gold correcting much but if the share market gets hammered then gold shares could get hit pretty hard even with the gold price holding up. We shall see.

I think you'll find that the money is now starting to flow into the gold market through the producers. Take EVN for example it closed pretty close to its high of the day.
it'll be a matter of catch up for most goldies now that the price of gold has got a head of itself.
Should this gold share market emulate that of the early 90s, I'll be more than satisfied.
Have a feeling it will as Labor push us into a fully fledged recession! Which means that iron ore producers like FMG could be on the down hill slope for awhile. We shall see!
