The likelihood of a Ruski "heads up" may well be being replaced with a plan for a full blown major attack on the US run NATO Bases and then some as the ruling elite from the West refuse to listen to reason. They want war and the chances are the Ruski's along with the Chinese are going to give it to them. We shall see.
