So the Yankee war mongers up their game in an attempt to widen the war and force the Ruski's to react, which they no doubt will but not in the way the yankee's expect.
The attack on a completely civilian area using cluster munitions is just another heinous act by the Americans. The Russians do not deliberately target civilian areas but they will target the Ukrainian/NATO military that is housed in civilian areas. Ukrainians on the other hand have been deliberately targeting Russian speakers in the Donbass since 2014
The tension is ratcheting up.
