The comment at the bottom is unbelievable in that a so called "respected" UK Comic by the name of "The Financial Times" would even print such rubbish. It claims that Russia is "still capable of transporting nuclear weapons on surface ships". Well no shit man. Any decent size ship or boat is capable of transporting nuclear weapons. The fact that this rubbish has been printed is mind blowing indicating the desperation at brainwashing the public is through the roof and the IQ levels of the ruling Nazi's is through the floor.
