Hi Andy,
I see you're desperately scouring the internet looking for bad economic news. Problem is there isn't any, in the US for the first time in decades there's more job vacancies available than people to fill them. As you know I used to spend a lot of time in the USA, mainly SFO where you'll find loads of homeless. It's nothing to do with the economy , most of them are homeless because of drugs and alcohol, some just like being homeless.
The US economy's on a tear, but goldbugs are still hunkering down for the Great Depression that never seems to arrive.

Where I live they're issuing 30,000 new visas for the building industry to keep up with demand, so it's all looking pretty rosy, and the world airline industry's in rude health, that's always a good barometer. There's a desperate shortage of pilots, maybe I'll put my uniform back on.

So I don't see the need to squander my money on gold and silver when I can buy shares in the banking and funeral industry at bargain basement prices. By the way, I hope you've checked my favourite bank recently, the shares are on a moonshot, I backed the truck up a few weeks back.
What's happened to the great stock market rout that the goldbugs and 'experts' like Jim Rickards have been predicting for years?
