I thought 2000, 2008 & 2015 were the stock market absolute peak. But stock market always go higher high & higher low. I also thought 2000, 2008 & 2015 were Australian housing market absolute peak......... it also creates higher high & higher low for decades. Glad I owned my house, but whoever waited to buy a house since 2000, will never own it now, because they always think they can pick the top.

I still can't solve the riddle of bottom or top picking. If I can, I'll be in the top richest person in the world, IMO.
