It will need to be a large deposit to be worthwhile.I have always been told , that you need an average of over 8g/t gold to be economic. This is also over 600 metres down. That's a lot of money to get that out.
The funny thing is the metals they were looking for where almost no existent. Very poor nickel and copper grades.
