Won't bond yields inevitably rise as the buyers of them realise that there is a much greater risk to take on as the US economy goes into a nose dive.
What happens then with QE? More QE to repay even higher interest rates? Something has to give or crash eventually.
What happens if nobody wants to purchase bonds because of too much perceived risk? What happens when bond holders want all their money back and don't want to roll them over again? Where will QE come from then?
Maybe helicopter Ben will take on a different meaning.
