if you look at the charts there are more and more people trying to sell this stock every week.
you get some people buy thinking its going to moon only for the price to never fluctuate at all.
also why would you want to buy when all they keep doing is trying to raise capital IE the second SPP in 2 years when they only got 5% of what they wanted to sell on the last SPP just pathetic
