Chuck, Here is a chart I use for the US$. Look at the gap up after hours. Just as gold got hit the US$ jumped. I will watch the 50DMA, I think it will hold here but worst case is the POG will fall to the 200DMA. A couple of days consolidating and then Thursday-Friday should be good days for gold. I have seen this action many times recently- after the FED has a meeting gold always gets dumped but only for a day or two.
