Hey SP, seems either you've been talking to a lot of people or you think you are a mind reader.

I would imagine there was a lot of profit taking and selling on stops. Many of those selling would have made losses, but for example USERX is still up over 30% in the last 2-3 months so others are comfortably ahead.

Maybe gold, and gold indexes, have peaked at least for the short term - pesonally I think most resource stocks were getting a bit expensive. Probably a good opportunity to watch gold stocks over the next few weeks and put some patient lowball bids on those that have good growth profiles and see if you can get em a reasonable prices.
