AUD priced gold is the only thing I care about, and its been flat for months rather than in a downtrend.

With the AUD/USD rapidly returning to fair value USD gold can stay where it is and physical AUD holders will still do well.

"Hey Ophir where is your buddy Skol? Perhaps licking his wounds after believing his own hyperbole and opening up a massive short on gold?"

I imagine he is more than likely licking his wounds after trumpeting a "massive market rally" that has erased nearly all the years gains a matter of weeks.

He's been busy buying shares all year, must be hurting pretty bad right now. Although I'm sure when he tells the story he will have sold them all at their peak!
