SP, I'm afraid that you are clueless if you think you have a legal claim to ANY of the assets belonging to the company you own shares in.

I've seen you post many an out-there theory on why owning gold shares is the same as owning physical gold from you, but this one takes the cake.

I implore you to educate yourself if you think you can rock up to your local ASX listed company office at any point, and demand some yellow stuff in exchange for your equities.
