We are in the early stages of a massive gold bull. For starters, the mounting US deficits are an absolute disaster. Gold will go to over US$1500 in coming years combined with a rejection of the US dollar as problems mount in that country. The trillions of US dollars printed will not evaporate from the system. Inflation is on the way.
Current Fed interest rate rises are way behind the curve. US interest rates cannot rise too much without collapsing the US property bubble, which makes our property price increases seem tame.
The economic growth of India and China, both with populations over one billion, will help maintain a resources super cycle.
I also anticipate that many current disbelievers will jump in at the top and get wiped out. It's always the way.
