Looks definitely like large scale accumulation going on. most trades again at 15.5 to 16 c with a late knockdown to 14.5c. soon enough this one is going to pop. next pause is 25c. then someone will pump it to 30c in readiness for a CR probably at around 21c (hopefully with free attaching options...).
