But i think things will change for the gold miners when the market settles down bit and.

My prediction is that soon people will realise that the "flight to safety" into US bonds is like jumping out of the firepan an into the fire, then we will see gold really go up in terms of US dollars.

I've also observed that the share price of aussie gold miners goes up more with the the gold price in US dollars than in Aussie dollars, which doesn't make sense in terms of earnings but i guess that's what people see when they pick up the newspaper...
