    Hi rabbitoh, the XGD was up 25% in a month in a slingshot move off that low on strong technicals. We await the Fed meeting with baited breath (not) LOL.

    I lightened up on Friday to lock in some profits as shorter term sell technicals were lining up on a few stocks. The volatility is very useful - sector fickle as you said I agree. Its great!

    Volatility in an upward trend is easier to make money out of however.
