What happens if the Fed doesn't announce QE3? Seems the market has got it consistently wrong in calling/predicting QE3 only to be let down by the Fed every time since QE2 finished. It seems to me the Bernanke is playing the market with a Claytons QE.
Despite Draghi's bellicose remarks about "doing whatever it takes" the ECB has done absolutely nothing and is waiting on whether Germany will permit QE. If you look at recent remarks from Bundesbank Bank chief about "QE being a dangerous drug" you have to wonder if Germany will allow QE.
