Its pretty wet out in CQ now anyway I can't see big rigs moving around out there easily for another month or so with dry weather. July is only a delay of a month to two at the very worst.
It shouldn't be hanging on that alone.
Funding for an LNG plant is a big one. $1.5bn - $3bn for a 2mtpa plant.
Some clarity on how this is going to be achieved would have this rocketing. Plenty of options and players reasonably progressed on plants and gas reserves. So there could be a multitude of options out there for ICN to pursue.
Still they need to follow up on their announcement on a couple of the details and place a price tag on this thing.
