there have been many occasions on this thread where some of us have said they need to provide a DFS to show this thing is:

a) viable
b) profitable enough to justify the share price

The standard response is that they don't need to because M&G and the Chinese are happy to invest at higher prices, so therefore it must be a great deal - just like seedy ewe's post was suggesting. I am saying that far from being infallible as investors, those guys are even more fallible than a typical blindfolded throw at a dartboard.

I am guessing it had a lot to do with the Chinese coming on board, it certainly raised the price of their entry.
