most conservative investors would steer clear of a run down bogan/feral suburb...full of crims and strippers

and the bears were hailing this as a great example of the housing bust...

sounds like old redfern, in the 60's....
unless the cops clean it up, the council cleans it up, it will be a no-go zone for years...

will the bears want to buy there now....
