The foreshore looks absolutely great. Cavill mall is being upgraded. Rapid transit transport system will be completed in next few years.
Babyboomers have started retiring.
Where else can you buy a beachfront unit for 200-300k, walk on that fabulous beach and have restaurants, etc nearby??
