60% recovery of a 30% AL2O3 content (after screening) results in a feed rate of 18%AL2O3. This 60% recovery leads to an output of 4500 tonnes.
If the recovery increases to 85% then the leachable AL2O3 content is on the rise as well. So in this case i assume that the output would be 6375 tonnes.
After this in point 5 the utilization screw is adjusted. So at 79% the initially output was 4500 tonnes. After increasing the feed rate from 60 to 85 the output is 6375. On this foundation the further theoretical overall output is going up to 6859 tonnes at utilization of 85%.
