Not a chance the whole of the US will be vaccinated by July. Even if it were logistically possible, which at the present time it certainly appears not to be, then the most recent consumer research found "Approximately 50 to 70 percent of people, including those in at-risk segments, convey uncertainty toward COVID-19 vaccination". The anti-vaxxer doctrine is rampant in the US.
