Lemme guess...it was Maria "Fartaroma" that was rubbishing Gold....As a contrary indicator thats a sure BUY knowing her track record.
On the subject of Ft Knox....anyone heard of Edward Durell? He claimed that the majority of the US Gold Reserve (8500 tonnes) at Ft Knox was taken to London in 1967/1968 on the orders of President Johnson as an attempt to keep the price of Gold down. He also claimed that an official treasury audit of Fort Knox has not been held since the 1950's. When he offered to pay for the audit himself the treasury's response was that it was unnessary as 'because everyone knew that the Gold was still in Ft. Knox'.
I don't subscribe to many conspiracy theories but it makes for interesting reading.
