No, it was created in an instant, or the moment of creation, as proved by polonium halos trapped inside. A lot of gold is found in granite, therefore also instantly created.

Granite cannot be created in a laboratory, despite a $1 million reward offered for the past 40 years to anyone who can do it.

Obviously only God could... :)
