I avoided selling on the day of the FS at 15 cents because I thought the barkley spin off might allow me to regain some of my lost capital, they have dragged their feet while the sp drops and drops, we will be at cash backing soon.

I wouldn't give up on the toll milling or sale of the mill. Nearby RXL has a high grade resource with a big capex needed for a mill. Discussion likely underway.
