No injunction has been placed as far as I can see however, thankfully, and it appears the registration was fully transferred into MTC subsidiaries years ago. I am taking some comfort in possession being 9/10 of the law, all conditions for transfer of registration were met and it was transferred without complaint according to these files I'm trying to upload. This seems like an opportunistic legal challenge after the transfer because our seemingly less than competent, in my opinion, BoD were late paying a very small anniversary fee and releasing shares from escrow. Both of those things have now been rectified, or attempted to be rectified.
