Both maps and images of the completed claims transfer documents on the MERN website show that the 14 claims are registered to Lithium MetalsTech Cancet Ltd. The claims were first transferred from Luc Schuss to MetalsTech Inc. (MERN registration seal dated Nov 13, 2017) and then from MetalsTech Ltd. to Lithium MetalsTech Cancet Inc. (MERN registration seal dated Jan 11, 2018).

It is common for a company to work on (as under an option agreement) a mineral property (for months and years) before the terms of the option agreement are completed and the licenses are then transferred to the buyer. The work carried out by the buyer on the seller's property is accepted by the MERN. So I expect that the exploration rebate would stand.
