I would say there is ZERO chance of s deal being done out of court. If Mtc tries to make s deal- it would emply a degree of guilt imo, so I don’t think they’d do that. A million shares is worth $15k at the moment. I doubt the Canadian party would take that as a deal.
I also find find it unlikely that this party would attempt to take Mtc to court without any form of evidence. So I am guessing there will be no chance of a settlement out of court.
In my opinion, this is really not looking good for Mtc. when did Russell and Gino distance themselves from Mtc by becoming Non Executive Directors? Shortly after March 2018 ? If someone wouldn’t mind checking ? I’m out and about at the moment.
