Unfortunately in this public forum l must necessarily keep certain opinions to myself. And along those lines l can only state that l may or may not have seen the agreement.

When l began this flurry of posts with the questionnaire, l did it not only to get ‘some’ feedback but also to see just how many individuals would reply. The number of people who have participated in this forum, aside from me, is 11.
Disappointing, l suppose. But the number of hits in just these few days is over 10,000. That is very encouraging. I am hoping that there may be readers, though hesitant to weigh in, in a public space, will find their own way to precipitate some action on the MTC management front.
