It's not a rightful claim to have the tenement transferred to the previous owner in my opinion because all conditions for the transfer to MTC were met and the previous owner willingly transferred it to MTC. But they do have a rightful claim to some damages because a small payment supposed to be made on the anniversary of that transfer was inexcusably late as was the release from escrow of the shares. Both of these things were rectified when brought to the attention of MTC Management however this legal challenge is impeding the progress of exploration at Cancet and it could drag on for years unless we succesfully renegotiate the original contract of sale, perhaps to include some of the things Woody suggested, which actually seem fair to me. We provided generous royalties and smelter payments to other entities we bough properties from such as the cobalt tenements which only kick in once money has been made from extracting and selling any resource. With the animosity our Board appears to have created against themselves in Canada it seems to me that we will have an uphill battle to find cooperation and assistance from the Canadian mining community when seeking to develop any of our projects, and I'm not just talking about Luc Schuss. We also have a dispute with unrelated geologists for work in Cobalt, haven't received assay results because of it so the labirarory probably didn't get paid either, at my guess, and the Quebec Govt seems to be dragging it's feet with us as well. We need to rectify this situation with Luc and get new representation on our Board of Directors, preferably at least one Canadian in my opinion, and a geologist to boot. I think perhaps either or both Glenn Griesbach or Luc Schuss might be appropriate, if we did that everything would likely change overnight and we'd be drilling again. It won't happen with this BoD, Canadians are very polite in their interactions and we appear to have caused offence to the mining community of Canada according to my observations. This company can only grow and prosper if things are made right, and that certainly includes with the geologists and laboratory we contracted at Cobalt as well. Any other direction taken by MTC will likely encounter obstacle after obstacle. Canadian Board representatives for MTC should
be able to negotiate a path through it in my opinion but this Board has caused offence in my opinion and is being taught a difficult lesson by the Canadian mining community, with legal actions, disputes and Govt departments going slow refunding monies. At the very least giving Luc Schuss a larger shareholding and a chance at nomination to the Board, along with Wuxi Baichuan, Chinese are very polite and respectful too, they know all about how important respect and face are in business dealings. Anyone elae with a decent shareholding should get a chance at nomination too in my opinion. It's high time we had a geologist on there and local Canadian representatives too, and hey, Luc Schuss actually found our lithium deposit by prospecting, I bet he could find more over the extended area we now control. Let's put him to work, get him to fimd some more, give him a chance to make himself and us other ahareholders some decent money. This Board is not doing it unfortunately, they've made a mess of it
