Surely it would be in both Luc and MTC's interests to get it settled and go back to drilling the deposit however, rather than spending years thrashing it out in court with neither side sure of a win, or a court ordered compromise. From the very moment, if we were to issue Luc with a decent shareholding, then MTC's interests and his are one and the same. A small smelter royalty could sweeten the deal too. My fear is this company will die if we don't sort it our right now, just as the last snow melts prior to field season in Quebec. We could hit the ground running and kick some goals, the current plan seems to be to not even show up for the game. I suspect if we were to show a different side to the company then we could perhaps even find our bank account is graced by that $1.9m rebate in time to facilitate exploration this season, I'd say that is
the purpose of the Quebec Govt offering rebates for exploration, to facilitate further exploration, it is not intended to pay directors fees of a company that is not actively exploring the tenement.
