See it from this perspective, if we don't sort this out then any capital raising will be done at a severely depressed shareprice and the dilution will be massive. If we give a decent shareholding to Luc to settle the issue the dilution from that will be much smaller and as we would be actively proving up this alleged billion dollar deposit again our shareprice will rise so when we raise capital the dilution is small. Give a little away now so we don't give away so much in the future, and that's if we survive this at all.
