Well frankly Chair there are likely other avenues we could use to remove them. I'll name 3:

1) calling a General Meeting to spill the Board and vote in New Directors, we already have over the required percentage of issued and outstanding shares to do that and the list is growing.

2) Pursuing a potential prosecution for Breaches of the Duty of Continuous Disclosure, in my unqualified opinion there are multiple examples of this regarding Cancet, not least around the legal action and the fact it allegedly covers the actual lithium deposit we discovered. There is also the fact we abruptly halted the cobalt drilling campaign without adequate, prompt and continuous disclosure of material facts in my opinion. In the mean time there was a drop in the shareprice

3) The facts in number 2 relating to the lithium deposit itself being under legal challenge were never disclosed to the ASX as far as I am aware and we had some large sell downs from the registry. Without making accusations it might be pertinent at this point to make enquiries as to the precise dates those sales occured and whether it was soon after this legal action was lodged. I don't know how to do that personally but believe important facts material to the shareprice were omitted from disclosure to ASX and regular shareholders such as myself. This is worth investigation
