    I've been enjoying the latest discussions on this thread lately, I have to admit I'm slightly pessimistic of a positive outcome here. Enjoying your hypothetical resolution rick regarding the court proceedings and possible resolution that would favour both parties. Sadly I believe it doesn't take into account what's at the root of the court proceedings and the demise of MTC, greed, will never happen.
