Have a read of the quarterly cash flow reports over the past year, in particularly the administrative costs and ask yourself
how is this company still trading with the amount of cash on hand?
what is the likelihood of getting the full rebate
what is the likelihood of raising capital and at what price
how long will that raise last and what will it be used for
What Is the likelihood of Mtc having to pay the $10 mill in damages to your buddy Schuss ?
How much in damages would it take to sink Mtc completely? $1 mill? $2mill? $500k?
Why did All the directors step down to Non Executive roles or step down completely in April last year? And the new managing and technical director step down ~3 months after that. ?
what happened to the previous technical director Dr Alain Berclez? Just vanished with no word!
will the previous directors be successful in their claim for unpaid wages of ~$130k ?
Where will that money come from ?
Whats our “Board” actually achieved in the past 12 months?
How many days / hours is our “Board” actually spending on the company ?
Why are the quarterly administrative costs ~$250,000 + for 2 part time non exec directors and a even more part time tech director?
Why did our chairman recently try to start another Lithium Company “Wodgina resources” ?
Why is our chairman currently trying to ipo yet another Lithium company Zincaferrous ???
