According to Woody, earlier in the thread the legal challenge is over the actual resource body we have drilled at Cancet Khane. That's never been disclosed to the market by MTC however, and in our latest QAR it states that we still have a JORC compliant exploration target of 15-25mt, again there is no mention that this target itself is the subject of legal proceedings. As far as I can see, if this is correct, we have never drilled Cancet in an area not under legal challenge. And from Schuss's point of view, why would you attempt to gain control over something where it is unproven to hold an exploitable resource..its got to be the ore body
