Do they perhaps want someone to settle the claim with Mr Schuss...

Do they perhaps want someone to settle the claim with Mr Schuss as part of the sell down deal, what are they likely to be thinking? I think I'd rather give Schuss a tiny 10% of the company (tiny compared to the dilution any capital raising at this level would inflict upon us) along with a seat on our new Board of Directors and a smelter royalty to boot. Who would be lucky enough to buy shares at this price at the invitation of Management anyway? Previous investors such as John Moran? Wuxi Baichuan? Dynavolt lol?
