Based on what I am aware of, Cancet was believed to be highly prospective and a company maker even without the posibility of hosting gold.
Although extremely important, prospectivity is of secondary importance if there are legal claims on the property. I would be interested in learning what info you have in that regard. I suspect however your required benchmark for sharing will not be met as many posters are understandably jaded.
