    Agreed, decision could go either way.

    The legal claim is breach of contract essentially with the plaintiffs asking for 14 Cancet claims back, $10 million in damages plus miscellaneous costs. Plaintiffs also claim Cancet has an in-situ value exceeding $1 Billion!

    I would say shareholders should have been disclosed to this legal issue well before now.
