Patently Woody this company has very little chance of climbing out of the muck with Directors who do not appear, if your claims are true, to be fulfilling their duties, both around disclosure and, according to you but unsubstantiated by facts disclosed, to pay bills on time in order to ensure our claims remain in good standing. It's well past time for this to be thrashed out by ASIC, ASX and reported on in the financial media in my opinion.
