    Thanks very much, and yes, it is. Any Company insiders or anyone else who sold shareholdings after becoming aware of this may well have committed an offence. It's the most price sensitive information imagineable, in a negative sense. Most certainly a breach of continuous disclosure (in my opinion until any potential future judgment is laid down) .
