rick26. I really like your tone now. This is the kind of interaction l want to have with other posters. I believe there have been no legal costs because it appears (to me) that the plaintiff rushed to the court. I don’t know how much of a chance they gave to MTC management to settle before doing so. I could use other words too but l don’t want this to be deleted. You must read the plaintiff’s brief yourself and I’m sure that your reaction will be the same as mine was. The plaintiff’s mindset will become crystal clear to you. And the unfortunate thing is that MTC management clearly could have handled this in a much better way (in my opinion, of course.)
